About Architect

Architect exists for the moment before a coding agent starts doing too much, too early.

The problem is simple. Agents are optimized to move. Users are often still thinking. That mismatch creates the same pattern over and over again: vague input goes in, a lot of code comes out, and a week later the project is harder to understand than it was to imagine.

Architect is meant to slow down the right part of the workflow.

Before implementation starts, it helps turn an idea into:

  • clear requirements
  • explicit technical decisions
  • contracts between parts of the system
  • a visual structure you can inspect before trusting the handoff

This site documents that build in public:

  • release notes
  • product decisions
  • architecture trade-offs
  • mistakes worth remembering

If the homepage is the product surface, the notes are the working memory behind it.
